Trim Levels
The 2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty is available in six trim levels: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited. The truck has smooth, sleek lines that give it a classy look, while the wide wheelbase adds hints of sport and aggression. Choose from several exterior colors for the 2021 model year, including Lithium Gray, Carbonized Gray, and Anitmatter Blue. If you need a little extra help getting in and out of the truck, or just want to customize it further, opt for the available bed step.
Engine
The 2021 Ford F-250 is available with three different engines. A 6.2-liter V-8 engine produces 285 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque. The 6.7-liter Power Stroke V-8 turbo diesel engine cranks out 475 horsepower and 1,050 pound-feet of torque. The 7.3-liter PFI V-8 engine gets 430 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. All of the engines are mated to either a TorqShift G six-speed SelectShift automatic transmission or a TorquShift 10-speed SelectShift automatic transmission with selectable drive modes.
Performance
The F-250 is available with either two- or four-wheel drive. The truck is also available with either a single- or dual-rear-wheel axle. When equipped with a dual-rear-wheel axle, you have the option of adding the XL Power Equipment package, which features a trailer-tow mirror with heated glass. The trailer sway control and AdvanceTrac with stability control help you stay steady and smooth while on the go. If you're towing a trailer, the available trailer reverse guidance system makes backing it up a simple task.
Interior
Inside the 2021 Ford F-250 is enough seating for up to five passengers. Power adjustable seats allow you to fine-tune your seating to make for a comfortable drive. The leather seating surfaces and leather steering wheel provide luxurious touches. Dual-zone electronic automatic temperature control is standard equipment on all trims of the F-250. A rapid-heat supplemental cab heater is optional to keep you warm on cold days.
With the SYNC 3 touch screen display, all of your favorite apps, including music, calls, and more, are front and center for you. Voice activation allows you to navigate through the apps with only the sound of your voice while keeping your hands on the wheel. If you plan to travel, opt for the available navigation. An 8-inch LCD productivity screen is also an available option and buttons on your steering wheel allow you to access the screen easily.
USB ports are standard equipment in all trim levels and keep your devices charged and ready. A wireless charging pad is also available. With FordPass Connect 4G Wi-Fi, you'll stay connected while on the road, as well as up to 50 feet away from the truck.
Safety Features
Standard features include a blind spot information system with cross-traffic alert and trailer coverage, rear view camera, pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, and reverse sensing system. Available safety features include adaptive cruise control, adaptive steering, exterior backup alarm, and lane-keeping assist.
